Services Provided

Tenvo provides the following professional services to gym owners:

• Member Management: Efficient tools for new member registration, member profiles, and member tracking.
• Subscription & Payment Tracking: Automated subscription reminders and management, including subscription status, due dates, and revenue tracking.
• Automated Notifications & Alerts: Personalized reminders and alerts for gym owners and members regarding subscription renewals, payments, and other important events.
• Revenue Analytics: In-depth reporting and analysis tools to track revenue, subscriptions, and financial performance.
• Marketing Automation: Integrated marketing tools that allow gym owners to send automated notifications, promotional emails, and member engagement content.
• Discounts & Promotions: Feature to apply and manage discounts and promotional offers for members.
• Staff Management: Tools to manage staff enrollment, track staff schedules, monitor payroll, and manage staff performance.

User Responsibilities

By using Tenvo, gym owners agree to:

• Ensure the accuracy of all data entered into the software.
• Not share login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Keep the software up to date (if applicable).
• Abide by all guidelines provided by Tenvo.

Payment Terms

• Users can pay on a monthly or annual basis.
• Fees are non-refundable, even if the user cancels the subscription before the next billing cycle.
• If a user cancels their subscription before the next billing cycle, they will not be charged for the upcoming month, but the fee for the current month is non-refundable.

Account Termination

Tenvo reserves the right to suspend or terminate a gym owner’s account if:

• The software is misused or the gym owner fails to follow the provided guidelines.
• The gym owner attempts to hack or compromise the system.
• The gym owner engages in illegal activities related to the software.

Limitations of Liability

• Tenvo is a cloud-based software, and as such, it takes responsibility for maintaining the integrity and security of your data. We take reasonable precautions to protect against data loss, malfunctions, and technical issues.
• In case of any data loss, malfunctions, or technical issues, Tenvo will take full responsibility and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
• However, Tenvo will not be liable for damages arising from misuse of the software or unauthorized access to the gym owner’s account.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration as per the laws of Pakistan, before resorting to court proceedings.

Changes to Terms

• Tenvo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
• Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically to stay informed about any changes.
• Continued use of the service after changes to the terms are posted will constitute acceptance of those changes.
